4 Ingredients Instant Pot Pork Belly

The Instant Pot Pork Belly recipe is a rich and delicious treat that is difficult to store for an extended period of time.  The skin is really crispy and the meat is incredibly buttery and soft. Much better than regular bacon, by a long shot. You can eat this on its own for a salty snack or as a topping for ramen, rice, and vegetables.

Ingredients:

  • Pork belly
  • McCormick’s Spicy Montreal Seasoning
  • Beer (lager)
  • Avocado oil or any high-heat cooking oil

Preparation:

Score the skin so that it will be easier to slice later

Use your favorite seasoning or rub. Here I used McCormick’s Spicy Montreal
